EVANSTON, Ill. -- Although Northwestern's football team is off this Saturday, head coach Pat Fitzgerald will spend part of his day helping break down conference action at the Big Ten Network's Chicago studio. Fitzgerald will appear with Dave Revsine, Howard Griffith and Gerry DiNardo on the network's pre-game show and at halftime of the 11 a.m. contests.
The Big Ten Network will be televising Indiana at Minnesota at 11 a.m. while Saturday's early slate also includes Iowa at Michigan State and Penn State at Purdue.
After the open date, Northwestern hosts Michigan State at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11.
