EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern is set to host a pair of weekend duals against Dartmouth Saturday at 2 p.m. and No. 37 Arizona State Sunday at 3 p.m. at Combe Tennis Center. The 'Cats are looking to rebound after a 0-2 road trip to Virginia, where they fell to VCU and William & Mary. They are 5-4 in duals this season, with a strong 4-1 record at home.
Saturday afternoon, the Wildcats face the Dartmouth Big Green, who enter the weekend with a 2-0 dual record. Northwestern holds a 10-1 edge in the overall series, though the two schools have not met since the 2000 season when the 'Cats emerged with a 5-2 victory.
The 'Cats will have a quick turnaround as they take on the 37th-ranked Arizona State Sun Devils Sunday at 3 p.m. The Sun Devils are coming off a tough 4-3 victory at No. 39 Auburn and currently hold a 3-0 dual record. The last time they met, Northwestern came out on top with a 5-2 victory during the 2006 season.
