EVANSTON, Ill. -- Three-time defending national champion Northwestern is set to play its first match on its new Lakeside Field this Friday, Oct. 12. The Wildcats are taking on Louisville, which is beginning varsity competition in the spring of 2008.
The Wildcats and Cardinals will begin at 4 p.m. this Friday, not 5 p.m. as previously advertised.
This is the only home appearance by Northwestern this fall.
