Lakeside Field Photo Gallery -- 10/6/07
EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern's new Lakeside Field is nearing completion and now boasts permanent stands and a game operations box with a rooftop camera deck. The same week both additions were made, the field hosted its first television broadcast -- NU's 3-0 win over Wisconsin in men's soccer on the Big Ten Network.
The field -- home to NU's men's soccer, women's soccer and women's lacrosse teams -- already boasts a brand new scoreboard and will contain lights for night games when completed. Both the game operations box and stands are trimmed in Wildcat purple.
