Falling snow around the state caused baseball officials to cancel Northwestern's game at Bradley Wednesday night. The nine-inning affair was set for 7 p.m. at the Braves' O'Brien Field but the potential for 3-to-5 inches of snow coupled with freezing rain have caused the game to be canceled.
NU is next in action when they host Illinois in a four-game conference series at Rocky Miller Park in Evanston this weekend. Game one is set for 3 p.m. Friday afternoon.
