LUBBOCK, Texas - Northwestern's game two of Saturday's baseball doubleheader has been rescheduled for 11 a.m. Sunday morning due to the cold. With temperatures hovering around 36 degrees (30 degrees wind chill), game officials and coaches agreed on the postponement.
Due to the schedule change in Lubbock, Texas, Northwestern's game against Western Illinois originally scheduled for 11 a.m. Sunday had been canceled.
NU lost 13-9 to Western Illinois. Full game recap to follow shortly.
