ST. LOUIS - What is it really like to be the Big Man or Big Woman on campus? Sporting News magazine sent its college bloggers out on an assignment they couldn't refuse-tag along with a college athlete for a day. Their mission: to find out what a day in the life is like for a college athlete. This series of profiles will appear in the February 17th issue of the award-winning magazine and will hit newsstands around the country on Wednesday, February 8th.
Steven Silver was on Northwestern's Campus last month to profile Northwestern University lacrosse player Kristen Kjellman.
Whether it's an early morning workout with the team, hitting the dining hall with friends, playing video games with roommates or late night study sessions, Sporting News college bloggers will give readers a glimpse into an athlete's college experience as well as their personality and quirks.
