EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Northwestern's men's tennis team is set for its fall season finale at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, hosted by Michigan State. All eight Wildcats are participating in this year's event, which begins at 8 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11.
The first day of the tournament consists of qualifying rounds. Northwestern's Alexey Evstratenkov (Moscow, Russia/Moscow International Gymnasia) earned a first-round bye in qualifying, but faces Penn State's Alex Mast in the second.
Freshman Andrew Hoffman will also compete in Friday's qualifying draw, facing Wisconsin's Gian Hodgson.
Main draw play begins at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12.
