She holds a 13-game hitting streak coming into this weekend's Big Ten Tournament and has hit safely in 22 of Northwestern's last 24 games.
A force her entire career, Leto currently ranks in the top seven all-time in 10 different offensive categories at Northwestern.
This is the third consecutive year a Wildcat has made the team, with junior Erin Mobley earning the selection last year and current assistant coach Lauren Schwendimann getting the nod in 2002. Chinazo Opia (1989, 1990) and Kim Metcalf (1990) are the other 'Cats to be named to the squad.
