AUSTIN, Texas -- Returning to action for the first time since March 4, Northwestern's 47th-ranked women's golf team shot a 44-over 332 Sunday for an 11th-place standing at the 30th Annual Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational. Fourth-ranked Oklahoma State leads the tourney after firing a 7-over 295 on Sunday.
The Wildcats were paced by sophomore Ina Kim (Encino, Calif./Harvard-Westlake), who shot a 6-over 78. She is tied for 19th place after one round. Senior Elizabeth Burden (Lake Bluff, Ill./Lake Forest) is two strokes behind Kim (80) and tied for 30th.
Lauren Grzebien (Saunderstown, R.I./Narragansett) and her younger sister, Mary Ellen Grzebien (Saunderstown, R.I./Narragansett), are in 44th and 63rd place, respectively, after shooting 11-over and 19-over.
Ten of the 12 teams entered in this year's tourney are ranked in the nation's top 55, and all 12 are ranked in the top 100.
