EVANSTON, Ill. - Long time supporter of Northwestern Athletics Mildred White, 89, departed this life on Friday, March 22. Mrs. White was a major contributor to women's athletics, and each year hosted a basketball tournament in honor of her late husband, Roger L. White.
Services for Mrs. White will be held Monday, March 25. The visitation will be held at 3:30 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 4:30 p.m. Both will take place at the William Scott Funeral Home, located at 1100 Greanleaf St. in Wilmette, Ill.
