EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern University has announced its policy regarding postseason ticket sales for men's basketball. We have established a Tournament Hotline number to help answer any questions you may have, and we will update the hotline as we receive updated information. The number is (847) 467-1300.
NCAA TOURNAMENT
In the event that Northwestern is selected to participate in the NCAA Tournament, tickets will not be available for the first or second rounds due to the limited number of tickets received per institution.
NATIONAL INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT (Northwestern as host)
In the event the men's basketball team receives an invitation to participate in the N.I.T., and Northwestern University is selected to host, the sale date will depend upon the date of the game and when it is confirmed that Northwestern is hosting. The sale dates and times will be on the nusports.com website as well as the Tournament Hotline. Information will also be sent to the media.

Northwestern receives word it will host a N.I.T. game.
Tuesday, March 12, 2002
Tickets will be available at the Ryan Field Ticket Office during the following times:
8 AM - 7 PM -- Season Ticket Holder pickup.
9 AM - 7 PM -- Student Ticket Sale (limit eight with eight student WildCards).
9 AM - 7 PM -- Public Ticket Sale (walk-up, telephone, online).
Wednesday, March 13, 2002
8 AM - 4:30 PM -- Sale and Will Call pickup.
After 4:30 p.m., tickets will move to the Welsh-Ryan ticket office and will be available beginning at 6 p.m.
NATIONAL INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT (Away Games)
