Women's Swimming and Diving Set For Georgia Invitational

Evanston, Ill. - The Northwestern women's swimming and diving squad travels to Athens Ga., this weekend to participate in the Georgia Invitational. Nine teams will descend on Gabrielsen Natatorium for a three-day championship style meet, beginning Friday Nov. 30 at 10:30 a.m.

Joining the 17th-ranked Wildcats will be Big Ten rivals No. 20 Minnesota and No. 21 Michigan, Atlantic Coast Conference members No. 2 Georgia, Georgia Tech, Clemson and Florida State, as well as No. 19 Alabama from the Southeastern Conference and Florida Atlantic representing the Atlantic Sun Conference.

There will be two session held each day, with preliminaries beginning in the morning and finals in the evening. Women's heats will compete first followed by the men throughout the meet. A full schedule is listed below.
