Luke Donald and Josh Habig Set to Tee Off at U.S. Amateur

EVANSTON, Ill. - Current Northwestern golfer Luke Donald and recent graduate Josh Habig are set to tee it up at the 100th U.S. Amateur. The Championship will be played at Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, N.J., from August. 21-27.

Donald, the 1999 NCAA and 2000 Big Ten Champion, tees off on the Upper Course at 7:15 a.m., with Habig getting started on the Lower Course at 8:02 a.m.

Baltusrol Golf Club is a 36-hole venue consisting of two 18-hole courses. The Upper Course is a par-71, 6,887-yard course, and the Lower Course is a par-70, 7,116-yard course.

SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Monday, Aug. 21 - First round, stroke play (18 holes)
Tuesday, Aug. 22 - Second round, stroke play (18 holes)
After 36 holes, the field will be cut to the low 64 scorers, who will advance to match play
Wednesday, Aug. 23 - First round, match play (18 holes)
Thursday, Aug. 24 - Second round, match play (18 holes in the morning), Third round, match play (18 holes in the afternoon)
Friday, Aug. 25 - Quarterfinals, match play (18 holes)
Saturday, Aug. 26 - Semifinals, match play (18 holes)
Sunday, Aug. 27 - Final, match play (36 holes)
