EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern University has announced start times for its football games with Wisconsin and Michigan State. The Wildcats will meet the Badgers in Madison at 11 a.m. Central on Saturday, Sept. 23, and kick off with the Spartans in East Lansing at 11 a.m. Central on Saturday, Sept. 30. Both games will be part of ESPN Regional's Big Ten football package.
