EVANSTON, Ill. - Junior guard Sean Wink has decided to leave the Northwestern University men's basketball team for personal reasons. He will remain on scholarship to pursue his undergraduate degree in communication studies.

"I want to thank Sean for his contributions over the past two years," said head coach Kevin O'Neill. "He helped get Wildcat basketball headed in the right direction."

Wink played in all 29 games last year, starting 21 times and averaging 7.1 points per game. As a freshman, he started in 26 of 27 contests and averaged 12.1 ppg.
