Northwestern Men?s Golf Team Moves up to Second Place

EVANSTON, Ill. - The Northwestern men?s golf team stands in second place behind Clemson University after the second round of the Ping/Golfweek Preview Invitational. The Wildcats are three strokes behind heading into today?s final round. NU shot rounds of 285 and 281 (566) to put them 10-under par for the tournament. Clemson is leading at 13-under (563).

Senior Jess Daley is currently at four-under par, shooting rounds of 71 and 69. Junior Luke Donald, stands at 3-under par shooting rounds of 68 and 73.

The tournament is being held on the par-72 Lake Course Grand National in Opelika, Ala.. Auburn University is the host school.
