Women's Soccer Drops 8-1 Decision to BYU

MISSOULA, Mont. - The 17th-ranked Northwestern women's soccer team concluded its road trip with an 8-1 loss to No. 14 Brigham Young in Missoula, Mont. Senior Kristen Palmer (Huntington Beach, Calif./Marina) scored the lone Wildcat goal on a free kick in the 88th minute.

The Wildcats return home this Friday, Sept. 10, hosting Southern Methodist at Lakeside Field in the first round of the Wildcat Classic. On Sunday, Sept. 12, NU will meet Boston University in a 12 noon kickoff.
