Northwestern's fencers notched high finishes in all three weapons at the North American Cup, held in Pittsburgh, Pa. Nov. 13-16.
Sophomore Carly Wells' performance was NU's most impressive of all, as she took third out of 33 competitors in the junior women's sabre competition.
Freshman Jennifer Greenebaum was eighth out of 74 in the junior women's epee, and freshman Kristen Dorf was 10th out of 88 in the junior women's foil.
Northwestern assistant coach Ed Kaihatsu finished 79th out of 231 in the open men's foil.
