No. 10 Men's Golf Leads Dr. Pepper Intercollegiate After One Round

EVANSTON, Ill. - The 10th-ranked Northwestern men's golf team holds a three-stroke lead after one round of the Dr. Pepper Intercollegiate in Pottsboro, Texas. The Wildcats posted a team score of 287 in Saturday's first round, leading No. 12 Minnesota by three strokes.

Sophomore Luke Donald, who ranks among the nation's leaders with a stroke average of 70.20, leads the field after one round, shooting a three-under-par 69. Senior Erik Ciotti is part of a four-man group in second place at two-under-par 70.

Complete Wildcat results and team standings after round one appear below. Round two has been delayed by rain. Tournament officials were unsure whether the second round could be completed on Saturday.
