Baseball rallies for 14-8 win over North Park

Junior center fielder Bob Dainton (Mokena, Ill./Lockport Township) had four hits as Northwestern came back from a 5-3 deficit to cruise to a 14-8 victory over North Park. The Wildcats scored in every inning but the third, picking up 11 runs in the final five frames. Sophomore catcher Joe Hietpas (Appleton, Wis./North) and senior first baseman Nick Franzese (Barrington, Ill./Barrington) hit back-to-back home runs in the seventh, as Hietpas took over the team lead in home runs with five.
